Mr. Gospodarek is an Associate at Huemoeller, Gontarek & Cheskis PLC. His practice focuses on representing both individuals and businesses with their respective real estate, estate planning, and corporate litigation needs.

Prior to joining Huemoeller, Gontarek & Cheskis PLC, Matthew served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jay Carlson, Chief Judge of the 7th Judicial District. During his time as a law clerk, Matthew gained invaluable skills and insight into a wide variety of legal fields. He prides himself on responsiveness and individualized service to ensure each client’s unique goals are met.

Matthew received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Matthew has been licensed in the State of Minnesota since 2019 and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association. During his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, attending Minnesota’s art scene, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
